since this looks like a hundred card deck and is all mono white, i would recommend some 2 and 1 drops.

Since Twilight Shepherd is in there, the only use i could really think of it is if you add board sweepers ,that would bring all your creatures back because of twilight shepherd, and leave your opponent(s) wide open. wrath of god, martial coup, and another card i don't remember the name of that destroys all non-white creatures.

first off numbers are going to kill you, try and limit decks between 60-70 cards, second make sure you have a single strategy in mind before you just put cards together in a deck, they need to benefit each other, and finally about your whole mana fetish you have going on there just chill out and sit at about 18-22 mana for a monocolor deck
