Deck Search: UB Vampire control

I have a friend that has just started getting back into magic and I am trying to get him set up again on the new standard (He quit playing about 7 years ago when he sold out his Mox Lotus' and Time Walks...), but he used to be a big fan of playing UB control vampires, so I wanted to try to make him a standard UB vamp deck to get him started up again. Anyone wanna give me a deck idea to build him?

idk about UB vamps but i can provide two decks for you
i have a ub leveler deck that actually does use quite a few vamps
or a hadcore mono black beast vamp deck

Tried to put something together to meet the "Control" aspect. However I do not believe the deck to be competitive.

Thanks Card. With the Jace's in there, it's a bit expensive for my blood, however, the deck looks really good and something I can help him put together (though, with something replacing the Jace's). I forgot to mention that this is super budget.

I would also recommend taking out a Vampire's Bite to add in Sorin and maybe another to add in Jace Beleren (or vice versa). Each would cost about $10 extra, so it's really up to you if you want to spend it.
