The whole purpose is to get the scion in play ASAP and start beating them in the face with nicol bolas clones. Usually on the board by turn one or two.

Alternate method is to just corpse dance / shallow grave Nicol Bolas first turn and end their face.

it is a good deck but it is too easily stopped, almost every 1.5 deck will either have the answer in their deck or sideboard.

you want to be careful with exhume, you might want to throw in extirpate to remove pesky cards after you duress them.
