Oracle text: Mana pools don't empty at the end of phases or turns. (This effect stops mana burn.)

lets see lets say I have 4 land to play this card, I play it... the next turn I play a land, tap all 5 and don’t use it, at the end of my turn it would still be there going over to my next turn and so of if I don’t use it?? I just need some one too clear this up. Anybody?

yes, upwelling lets you keep that mana from turn to turn, but it also lets your opponent do that. and be careful about charging up your mana too much because if that enchantment gets destroyed, you and your opponent will probably both take mana burn.
