artifacts need help?

I'm tring to build an artifact deck with and can't get it to work fast enough. Need some help?????:confused:

P.S. I'm living on an income not much $$ and I play fnm.

Quick question, did you plan on your deck being from the alara block or would you say that you could use some Myrs from the Mirrodin set (somewhat old, but go to your local card shop to find these)?
If so, then maybe add in a couple Myr Moonvessels. They cost 1 mana of any kind, and when they are put into a graveyard from play, you can add 1 colorless to your mana pool.
If you want mana accel, use Leaden Myr, Gold Myr, and Silver Myr for the colors of your deck.
Make Sure You add more land in to suffice for all these added cards, if you take my advice.
Plus, these cards are easy to find!
