can you redirect an oblivion ring if an opponent targets one of your permanents? and can you redirect something like doom blade if the opponent doesn't have anything to target?

1- no, you can't use Redirect on Oblivion Ring because when o-ring targets it is already a permanent, not a spell.

2- if there's no other creatures to target then you have to chose the only legal target, even if it belongs to you.
