I would like to keep this tournament legal so if you see any cards that I put in that are not tournament legal let me know, and if you can think of anyway to rebalance it I would be much appreciative.

well. the deck looks pretty solid for the most part. the only things that stuck out to me were the 4 sarkhan vols, since you can only have one in play at a time anyway. that and the rupture spires, i would replace them with vivid lands of different colors, if it was my deck, because they don't cost a mana to play. that's my 2 cents. hope is helpful to you.

0_0 This is the greediest deck I've ever seen in my life! Awesome!
Anyways, silliness aside, a couple things stick out.
1. Your sideboard's not legal, gotta be 15 or nothin
2. It's a 78 card deck, which means the odds of drawing something you're looking for are gonna be much much lower. If you're planning on taking this to tourneys, even FNM, consistency is gooooood.
3. I was gonna say a lot of 1 ofs, but really they're all things that can stand to be 1-ofs, i.e. legendarys and planeswalkers. Except wargate. That felt random.
Overall, It feels like you just wanna ramp up to your heavy-hitters and just start wailing on 'em. Rampant Growth and Fertile Ground would help with this, same with Garruk as a one or two of (maybe swap two of the sarkhans).
Hope this helped ya out

I changed a lot of the "non-essential" cards from main deck to side board. Then I added a couple. However I had to leave in Sarkhan Vol. His casting cost is easier, and he is more versitile than the madrush cyclops. The idea that I had behid this deck is really a perfect draw scenario.
1-land>birds or noble
2-land>birds or noble>bloom
3-land>maelstrom> (now having a creature of all 5 mana tap bloom tender) sarkhan vol> attack with angel play any spell left in my hand (with luck bolas)
I generally don't pull it off until turn 4, but I could pull it on 3.

So I finally figured two ways to play this deck. First is to use the untap for 3 mana stacked with the bloom tenders ability to tap and produce more than 3... giving an unlimited supply of any color combination of mana... coupled with X damaging spells and the ability to duplicate them.
The other way of playing the deck is to straight up use sen triplets/prince of thralls/nichol bolas to essentially play with someone else's deck... and have the mana to pull it off meanwhile maintaining playing your own spells with maelstrom angel and nexus.
Im curious as to how well this deck would fare against some of the other more "professional" decks. Particularly interested in how it fares against faeries (noone around here plays faeries), and direct damage (which in my opinion noone around here plays well).

well, i dont know what the forum policy is on programs like apprentice and Magic Workstation, but if you need a Burn playtest, I'm always up for some testing. I'm really curious to see how you play this deck overall

In a deck such as this with high cost spells, card drawing is essential. You should consider Jeice Beleren as an alternative. Sarkan Vol just isn't game-winning enough. You probably won't ever get his ultimate off. Besides dedicating six cards to planeswalkers is probably too many.
