Quick rules question.
A friend of mind says that heroes can't force bosses to discard cards, is this true? Is it true for all bosses or certain ones?
I would love to play a shadow priest or affliction lock but they have lots of cards that force discard.
Any help would be most thankfully recieved

From my understanding it really depends. Most cases I believe you can, but alot of the raid boss's rules have weird shit you cant do to them, for instance like destroy one of their resources. I honestly do believe you can make them discard. I have before. :D

Yes, unless there is a rule in place specific to that boss or a card in play that prevents it (no examples of this immediately occur to me, but that doesn't mean they don't exist), you can make the boss discard.
Apparently it's a common house-rule to overrule this (does anybody here play with that rule?), but I frankly think it's a stupid rule. One of my favorite raiding setups is to have my mage with Jin'do's Bag of Whammies force the boss to keep drawing every turn so my shadowpriest buddy can discard his whole hand. :D
And on the resources point, Traj: yeah, you can't in *any* way affect the boss player's resource row, according to my reading of the rules. Which is both an advantage and a disadvantage. For example, E'sad becomes incredible in raiding environments:

Holy shit, I do not recall seeing this ally before. I really need to look into getting some of them. Haha
