Rules Question - 2 Mighty Emergences and the stack...

Hey, say if I have 2 Mighty Emergence's (http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card=Mighty%20Emergence|) in play and I summon a creature with a power of 5. Would that creatures power then be 7 or 9?

Would both them activate when the creature came into play making it 9? Or would just one, making it 7?

EDIT: Similarly, if I have 2 'Where Ancients Tread' (http://magiccards.info/ala/en/122.html) in play and I summon a creature with a power of 5, would that do 5 damage to my opponent or 10?

9 because each Mighty Emergence goes on the stack then resolves giving your creature +4+4 counters.
10 for Where Ancients Tread. one goes on the stack before the other. hope this clears things up for you.:)
