My Blue/white control deck

Hello, before i get started I would like to point out this a cheap deck for local player with other people. This not a deck that I want to go into tournament with,but I do want help to improve this deck so i don't get crushed in my local tournament. Don't bash this deck to I made it up in like an hour.:D

A Cryptic command is like 17$ and Hallowed fountain is 10$...why?

because Cryptic Command is a card that embodies control in itself and its fun to play and in a control deck what is better that saying "i'll counter that and tap your creatures." Hallowed Fountain costs about five dollars more than Adakar Wastes but is less painful to use when it is on the field, or if you replace some of the vivid lands with them then you speed up the deck, and sadly Magic has become a game of speed over the last six years or so.

Just in case someone gets through your counter spells and such I would have a couple of removal spell like the classic Swords to Plowshares . They are the #&%@ and you should be able to get a set for just a couple of bucks, definitely worth the pennies. Path to Exile is the new version but they are hot and cost a bit more right now I think (not sure, and didn't look it up).

Oblivion Ring is another great card and cheap too.

Maybe even some bounce spells?
