U/R counter-burn

this Deck ive been working on for a couple days now. It's one of the first decks i've built before and I'm trying to build it on a low budget.

I'm trying to base my creatures around getting out hostility then burning to get the tokens from it as well as guile to redirect spells for my own use. jace for card drawing and the mill when time comes and chandra for the burns.

any help would be great!

After further test playing with the previous build, I've found this a better option:

I have considered adding some plumeveils for defense, and maybe some ponders to increase the play speed but not sure. I'm also striving without the flamekins currently due to inability to find them.

any and all advice would be wonderful.

that looks like a pretty solid build to me but i was wondering, when you use hostilites ability to prevent damage, is it mandatory (meaning you would basically have to destroy your own hostility to actually do damage) or can you choose to do damage?

I think that it looks pretty solid but the card that would be really good in this deck is Twincast, It goes well with all the other spells and if you're opponant plays cruel utimatium you can either copy it or counter it with guile in play.
I would take out chandra and out her in sb, I'd also do the same with whisper silk cloak and put in 4 twincasts (You can also twin cast burn) Then put in 1 jace so that you have 4
