my suggestion is to create a tob on the homepage that will allow people to veiw recent forum posts on threads that the person made and show deck challenge's

We'll be adding some way to view news/challenges soon (probably this weekend). Unfortunately the existing solution for showing this had to be sacrificed for the new homepage.

If I'm honest, I wasn't aware that the old news section was actually used that much but after having two bits of feedback on the new homepage already and both of them saying they want the news back, I guess we made a bit of a mistake there... sorry! :(
