Question from a new (well, returning) player

Hi all,

I used to play WOW TCG when it first came out. I bought a bit of Heroes of Azeroth cards back then and I also own the Onyxia Raid set.

Recently, I've been considering starting to play again.

Can anyone tell me what set(s) I should be buying as to be able to put together a (few) playable deck(s). I'm not looking to start winning any tournaments just yet, but would like to spend a few nights participating in friendly games.

Hi and welcome back!

Obviously the newer blocks are a good start - Icecrown, ScourgeWar and WrathGate.

If you can though, it may be worth getting hold of the class "starter" packs, as it'd provide you with a ground base of reasonable cards from various sets, then you could buy singles to expand.
