looking to build an elvish piper deck

I know a lot of people hate the idea of an elvish piper deck simply because of the fact that every color has some way of killing it and once that happens its pretty much a gg. However, that does not bother me. What i need is some ideas of some cards that would have good synergy with elvish piper as well as ways to protect the piper (such as whispersilk cloak etc.) Thanks guys =p

you should probbly stick huge ex: darksteel colossus

or multicouler cards ex: progenitus

getting them out for 1 is a huge demoralizer

use some red mana to play burst of speed and elvish piper will get a big creature the same turn it comes out.:)

Mark of Asylum is probably one of the best ways to keep your piper protected from burn.

I think you mentioned a card that would easily do well. Whisperslik Cloak is a great idea to me :P. Maybe put in some vines of vastwood to help counter any spells that might kill the piper? I don't know too much but I hope this helps.
