Can't find this lands name or if it exists.

I'm looking for a land I'm sure I've saw before. when tapped it adds one green AND (not or) a red mana. It may come into play tapped and it does not cost other mana to play the ability. Anyone know the name or if its real? thought i saw it on mtgvault once also.
