Molten Core Boss Question

Hey... yesterday we played a Molten Core raid.. full mode... messed up with one rule... but the question is: Can a Boss use it's activated power since he enters play? I refer specially to Boss Baron Geddon (http://www.wowtcgvault.com/ViewCard.aspx?CardID=1092). Do I have to wait for my next turn, even if I know that activating it's power and flipping it, having 12 or more damage can be quite useful?

here is an excerpt from the Molten Core rule book:

"Each Boss has a number on its type line, and Bosses are
fought in numerical order. The first boss is Lucifron, who enters play as the raid starts. Any time there is
no Boss in play, the next Boss enters play during the new Boss phase. Each Boss enters play with its
associated rune and ally tokens. The Boss player can attack with a Boss or use its activated powers
regardless of how long it has been under his or her control."
