Hi everybody and welcome to another bunch of words smashed together by me, NightLoki. For those of you who have never read my ramblings, DTT is about either competitive MtG or Magic Theory, sometimes both. Today's mess will cover a few random topics all over the board. I'm planning on putting together another theory article sometime soon, so this is just me rambling about whatever I thought was cool at the time. So, let's get started.

Stuff in Standard:
So, Pro Tour Paris happened with some cool things as a result. One: Tezzeret finally has his own deck...and it's not overpowered. Merely a lot of fun to play and a lot of room to mess around. I've seen three solid builds of the deck already and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Tezzeret's gonna be around for a while, so get used to him, he's here to stay. Meanwhile, the winning deck of the Pro Tour was CawBlade, and wow, it's a doozy. I've been personally messing around with designing a fish deck in Standard since Zendikar, but I wish I'd thought of Stoneforge Mystic. If you want them pick them up fast, they've gone up and they're gonna hold pretty high. Meanwhile, Boros and Kuldotha Red made great showings and Valakut...vanished? I guess the elephant in the room was taking a break. Oh well. So, that's the PT...yeah, I'm gonna do an article on why CawBlade is awesome later. That deck's just sweet.

Extended:
Faeries, where's my Tezzeret deck? Ok I'm done here.

Legacy:
Fun fact: Kuldotha Forgemaster is hilarious in Legacy. Turn 2 Wurmcoil Engine is also fine.

EDH...I mean Commander:
Oh right, I said I did competitive formats huh? Darn, EDH is just awesome.

So yeah, this was more rambling than anything else. Leave a comment, tell me something to write about so I don't do this again! 'til next time, have fun!
