reg green spirit ned help trimming and speeding up

this is my deck made from my cousin's red green all type decks with extra multi colored kamigawa extras so far its a mostly kamigawa based red green spirit this is my custom I also have the spirit fire saviors pre-con that i can source from(i already sourced some cards from it. It takes about 8 turns to secure the win the game at earliest more like 11-13 average. I would like to make it a little faster since my friends mostly have fast decks(friend's ogre deck is like 7 turn secure on the game if lucky 9-11 average and other friend's goblin deck is like 5 turn secure if lucky, consistant 6-7 turn secure) It also needs the be trimmed since i got a few cards from my friends
