Deck Search (by keywords)

allow users to search for decks by keywords that pertain to the deck's theme/style/function whatever. this would allow users to find similar decks to what they have in mind for building for suggestions/guidelines etc.

The database is actually geared up to take tags against decks which was the original intention, however I never got around to finishing this. The idea was to allow the user to "tag" their deck with keywords and then to allow a keyword search on the deck search page, you could also then do things like "find similar decks" when looking at that persons deck.
