Here's the second deck I've been thinking over, type 1.x.
__________

24 Scarecrows
4x Pili-Pala
4x Scrapbasket
4x Scuttlemutt
3x Heap Doll
3x Reaper King
3x Scarecrone
3x Grim Poppet

16 enchantments
4x Fertile Ground
2x Genju of the Realm
1x Edge of the Divinity
1x Clout of the Dominus
1x Gift of the Deity
1x Scourge of the Nobilis
1x Favor of the Overbeing
1x Steel of the Godhead
1x Helm of the Ghastlord
1x Fists of the Demigod
1x Runes of the Deus
1x Shield of the Oversoul

10 non-standard lands
1x Vivid Crag
1x Vivid Creek
1x Vivid Grove
1x Vivid Marsh
1x Vivid Meadow
1x Arcane Sanctum
1x Crumbling Necropolis
1x Jungle Shrine
1x Savage Lands
1x Seaside Citadel

2x Plains, Island, Swamp, Forest, Mountain
__________

Since I need mana of all types to get Reaper King as cheap as possible, I've put in 10 multicolor non-standard lands and 4 times Fertile Ground to get this done. (And so I also found a deck to make use of my Genjus of the Realm.^^) Scrapbasket's and Scuttlemutt's change color(s) abilities enable me to make good use of the multicolor enchantments too. The idea of putting all that enchant creature junk into ONE deck came to me when holding those 3 in my hand. I'm not sure if it will work out, but I thought the idea was worth trying out.^^
Early in the game, of course besides the slightly more expensive Scrapbasket and assuming I've got Scuttlemutt to change its colors, Pili-Pala would also make a good target for the enchantments, since it can fly and has to attack each turn anyway if I want to make use of its untap ability. With Reaper King in play, things should work out nicely, especially in addition with Scarecrone.

Can't wait to hear others' opinions on this. What do you think?

Consider using some Changelings since they are cheaper and count as scarecrows.

Changelings was what I was thinking also. Much, much better. Keep the good crows and add good changelings maybe some other removal over some of the enchant creature stuff. If you can get Mutavaults thats a Vindicate every activation.

Something else to consider is playing with Aluran and (cant remember the name) a card that allows you to bounce a creature when one comes into play.

Scarecrows can benefit from Kaleidostone and you draw a card!

Use the scarecrows that combine with blue and try the blue Allies -

Blue Allys (Creatures)
Umara Raptor 4x
Jwari Shapeshifter 4x
Halimar Excavator 4x
12x
Colorless Scarecrows (Artifact Creatures)
Pili-Pala 4x
Watchwing Scarecrow 3x
Chain Breaker 3x
Shell Skulkin 2x
Reaper King 2x
14x
(Artifacts)
Kaleidostone 3x
3x
Blue spells
Unsummon 4x
Into the Roil 3x
7x
Total Spells = 60

(Lands)
2x Halimar Depths
10x Islands
4x Evolving Wilds
2x Swamp
2x Mountain
2x Plains
2x Forests
24x
This 60 card deck gives you three ways to win:
1) Early low cost flyers (Raptor, shapeshifter, Pila-Pila, & Watchwing Scarecrow) 16 flyers
2) Deck depletion with your allys - Halimar Excavator
3) Beat down with Reaper King and permanent removal

Good luck
