this is super simple;

you tap 2 colorless and 2 white and cast Day of Judgment.. now those pesky critters are gone:)

Unless I'm mistaken, almost all eggs have ~50% chance of becoming either. Just try again. As far as I know, there's no sure-fire way to make an egg end up male or female.
