Hey, i've been winning a lot of tournaments at my current store, but i want to step my deck up to be more competitive.
I want to keep it a BM hunter with pets only for the allies. I have a tendacy to use all of my reasorces, rarely leaving any for my opponents turn.
Here's my deck.

You don't happen to be a gentleman living in Utah do you? Because I swear I played against this exact list a couple weeks ago at the Summer Festival tournament.
My suggestions would be to add the Leggings of the Tireless Sentry as the awesome soft-lock with Intimidation. You could make room for it by dropping your single Owned! as well as Blast Trap.
Cobra Shot has great synergy with the deck so I would increase that count to 4. And regardless of the type of Hunter deck, I think 4 Snipes is imperative. I find it more versatile than Bombard. While Bombard might win a game every now and then, Snipe will help you win games all the time.
It feels like with your deck that the Glacial Bag is too slow. The deck feels fairly rushy and replacing the bag, the single Auchindoun, and the single EotS would be better replaced with more card drawing, or at very least, making EotS a 3 of, as it will go great with the leggings.
If you run the leggings, Master's Call serves slightly less of a purpose since it will still give you Untargettable but the Protecting bonus is nullified from everything being stuck tapped.

Info about the deck and me
Yes, I am the Hunter everyone hates in Kaysville, and I wanted to see how my deck would run in Ogden as well, so you probably did play against me if you were at either of those two locations.
(I'm guessing Ogden, second round)
The deck was originally built before the new starter decks came out, and so at the time, Cobra shot, and master of the hunt were noncore. At the time it was decently consistent, but sense trying to work in the new cards + loque it hasn't been running consistently.
In the WoW TCG, I found I do better with an upfront strategy, where I don't really use instants on other people's turns. I don't save resources for the needed cards, as I do not want to waist resources if I do not use the answer. So most of my answers are ones that I would play on my turn.
Responses to your suggestions
I like the looks of the leggings, never have seen it before.
As for the "single" cards, I run those often times for the random answer, or if not needed, a resource.
Taking the time to think about it, I believe you are right about the Snipes being better, as I rarely use bombards unless it’s meant for a specific opponent.
What would you recommend instead of the bags? I know ideally, I am a rush deck, but often times I'm going into 9+ games. Arcane shot might work, as it could serve both as an answer and draw.
The Blast traps are answers for the big allies that attack me, as the only cost I pay is exhausting my hero, which is typically no problem.
As for the Master's Call, its main purpose is to clear my hero of hostile abilities, as without it I have no way of dealing with them. The untargetable, and protections are just perks/situational.

What a small world it is. I was the tall guy that played the Orc Hunter deck. :)
I would think about replacing the Bags with Tuskarr Kites. While it does take a Ally to activate, until your pets get ferocity (unless it's Tesla or whomever), you can activate it the turn they come into play or at the end of your opponents turn.
No resource saving needed. :)
I have been thinking about a BM Hunter since playing against you because it looked like so much fun. Not quite the same list, but similar in spirit. But I was going with Horde for the Goblin hero that gives pet's assault 2 and so I could run Kor'kron Vanguard (and a couple Saurfangs).
The Worgen flip is good especially once you hit Loque range, so you honestly might consider running Fordragon Holds. Even without Bolvar it's a resource that you can use to boost your pets.
The more I think about it, the more I like what Blast Trap does. I would probably drop 2 Cobra Shots for 2 more Blast Traps. As you said, you don't want to save resources for your opponents turn, and saving 4 for Cobra is a bit pricey in this deck. Generally anything under 4 cost anyways can easily be killed by a pet or even a Boomer leaving the fatties like Thrall or Saurfang to be eaten by the trap.
I know I like Boomer a lot, and I think I would rather have 4 of him. But that comes down to preference. One thing to consider is the inevitable block rotate. While a lot of the cards are staying in, Hunter will lose things like Empty the Stables, Intimidation, and Owned! unfortunately. This will give you room for new abilities or the new pets.

Hey Hey, I remember you, is a small world.
Sadly, rotation will force me to become non standard with this deck, unless they make suitable replacements for the cards you mentioned.
Ya, when it comes to boomer, I noticed that I was missing one, found out my friend who I share cards with snagged one when I wasn't looking and forgot to tell me. He plays the noncore version of my deck, and so we have to share the boomers till we get a few more.
I like the tuskar's kite idea, nice and cheep and gives me draw from my pets.
As for the cobra shot, that's meant to be a beat-stick when I have Loque out, or my bow with a couple of pets. What’s fun is if both loque and the bow are out. 16 damage for (4), then for (2) more, shoot the bow for 8, and then loque for another 8 for a grand total of 24 damage.

I would reduce your deck to 60 (plus your hero).
If you are interested you can put in Landro's Gift. If you have the Loot card versions of Spectral Kittens and Paint Bomb then it could help you out some.
Also, consider Prized Beastmaster's Mantle. It gives you +3 Health on your neutral allies (your pets) and you can Stash one to heal one of your pets.
