How would you go on about this?

You're wasting the value of many of your cards. You need more like wirewood channeler (http://magiccards.info/le/en/144.html) or wellwisher (http://magiccards.info/evg/en/56.html) that respond to the number of elves you have.
But your keys would be cards like Elivsh Branchbender (http://magiccards.info/lw/en/204.html) or Immaculate Magistrate (http://magiccards.info/lw/en/219.html).

Acutally DO forget doubling season, it's not efficient in this deck. But you could include Rhys the Redeemed http://magiccards.info/shm/en/237.html

I am going to assume that you are running a legacy elf deck due to the legality of many of the current cards in there.
I do have some suggestions:
Drop dead iron sledge-if you need it your elf deck just isn't performing fast enough to be competitive.
Drop doubling season-not enough token creation to justify use.
Drop mercy killing too-anything this can take care of your elf+pump will take care of too.
Replace seeker of skybreak with something like http://magiccards.info/autocard.php?card=Quirion%20Ranger| its cheaper and more effective.
Replace elvish champion with http://www.magiccards.info/autocard/Elvish Archdruid| alot of the green decks you play will also run elves, it's not such a great idea to give them forestwalk too, and this +1/+1 bonus is just for you.
Lets take those LIanowar Elves from 3 to 4.
Don't forget a caller of the claw or two. It's always fun to drop those after a wrath of god or hate.
Rhy's would also work well with an early dropped Wirewood Hivemaster as it doubles the creature tolkens, not just the elf tolkens.
Also, check out Wirewood Herald, Priest of Titania, Sylvan Messenger, and Wellwisher is always a good afterthought.
Hope I helped, If you have any questions you can always pm me, I run a legacy elf deck too if you want a decklist or something.

I don't see a reason for you to have Lush in there, you're running basically a monocolor deck. If you ARE running legacy or just casual you could probably be a lot better served by Explosive Vegetation (3G, find+place 2 tapped lands, shuffle) and the various mana doubling/etc enchantments.
What exactly are you trying to do with the deck? If you want to go monocolored elvish aggro (good old fashioned pump and play) you can do ^^^ that. If you're going for something else, especially if it's green and white/red bicolored then those lush growths will come in handy. What I would suggest since you've got some extra spaces and 60 cards is really a minimum rather than a hard cap is throwing some removal in there. Deadly recluses are nice, as are turntimber basilisks if you're going to be playing a lot of land. Naturalise would also help you a lot when it comes to enchantments and artifacts since you've got a nice mana base.
