I don't know how to make direct links to the cards, but I will list them. This is supposed to be a relatively cheap deck so I won't have any crazy land, just plains. If there are any ideas on better lands tell me, especially if they are inexpensive!

4x Ballyrush Banneret
4x Goldmeadow Stalwart
4x Zealous Guardian
4x Cenn's Heir
4x Wizened Cenn
4x Preeminent Captain
2x Knight Captain of Eos
4x Knight of Meadowgrain
4x Kinsbaile Borderguard
Other Spells
4x Militia's Pride
2x Endless Horizons (Kind of pricy, but a guaranteed plains is convenient)

20x Plains

Sideboard
4x Burrenton Forge-tender

I am still a new deck maker, so I understand that this deck may not be very effective. Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to be a fast, cheap deck and offers several possibilities to produce tokens. That can still make you win if your opponent survived the first few rounds and has played creatures stronger than yours- because you would just overrun him then. But I still have a suggestion to make: do you know (here comes a link ;)) Daru Warchief (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=43625) from the Scourge edition? Scourge/Legions/Onslaught was about the time I started playing Magic- that brings forth memories . Daru Warchiefs aren't Kithkins, but still soldiers of course, and provide both mana cost reduction AND bonusses.

I think he may just be too pricy, I think I may need some sort of card draw.

I don't think it would be too pricy. Since you have 4 Ballyrush Bannerets in your deck, you would most likely have played one of these anyway before playing a Daru Warchief, so you could play him for 3 mana. Which isn't much, especially not for a 2/3 soldier who adds +1/+2 to all other soldiers. Stack that up with 1 or 2 Wizened Cenn and another Warchief a few round later and imagine how powerful your kithkin soldiers could be.

About drawing cards: I can't think of any white card that would allow you to draw cards, but that might be because I just don't know it. Alternatively you could also put a few artifacts into your deck to do that job if you want it bad.

EDIT: Just came to my mind: what about Mindstorm Crown (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=46715)? Except for the 2 Knight-Captains, all your cards are pretty cheap. As soon as you had played all cards in your hand (after 4 or 5 rounds I guess?), you could play Mindstorm Crown and draw 2 cards each turn. Since your cards are that cheap, you would also have no problems getting rid of those 2 cards again and continue drawing an additional card each turn- and for each crown.

that would actually be probably a very workable addition. maybe with like 3 in there, that would be awesome

k well if u want to keep the deck legal then for card draw u might want to add a howling mine and Surge of Thoughtweft. you dont realy need the baners well not all of them i would keep 2 in there. cause overall ur total costs arent to high. the mine will alow the enemy to draw more as well but from ur side it seems to help u more. the surges are for when u swing with all or you need to defend your creatures. idk how to link but if u got to cardkingdom.com u can see what it is.

im not sure how big of a budget u have but drop bannerets for figure of destiny. also elspeth is nice for anti wrath.i assume this decks type 2? and standard is full of 5 color decks that run like 8+ wrath effects. also splashing green for gaddock teeg will help vs ppl useing cryptics and wrath effects. also u have No Removal.=/ every deck needs removal in ur case ur options are.
unmake.crib swap, oblivian ring. atleast 4 removal spells. gl :)

if you want help refining your deck more just talk to people at FNM they are happy to help and you can often find out what the top people like and dont like about your deck.

Well I do have a tight budget. I can get maybe one Figure and one Elspeth from my friends, but I can't afford a doable amount of them to where they won't just be there as silly cards. I don't plan on doing any serious competing. None of the friends I play with have any cryptic commands and only one has any wrath type cards he uses consistently (including wrath). I could definitely throw in some oblivion rings and unmakes no problem. I want to make this deck good, just not ridiculous and expensive. So any relatively cheap ideas like cards that don't cost more than 2.00 a piece

Also i didnt mean knight captain of eos, I meant ranger of eos!

Oblivion Ring is quite good. It's common as well. White lacks direct creature removal short of Swords to Plowshares or Wrath.

White creature removal? Easy enough, just throw in some Unmake from Eventide, which is better than Oblivion Ring because it's an instant, removes the target permanently and costs just the same. But if you don't think you need removal, just keep it as it is for now.

And, by the way, if you didn't mean Knight Captain but Ranger of Eos, edit the decklist in your first post.
