Need Help with Combo

I am using the nether traitor, phyrexian altar, genesis chamber combo. I understand how this works to make infinite mana but everywhere I look it says that it is also possible to get infinite tokens with only these three cards in play. How does this work?

combo doesnt work. reread it all. if im wrong, you need to explain it. i just read all three.

the only way I can see the infinite token part of this working is with 2 nether traitors in play: sac 1 to the alter, adding B, sac the 2nd, paying B to return the 1st, rinse and repeat.
