i have a basic idea of an esper flying deck no need to be fast just efficient.

problem with magic is often time if the deck isn't fast it isn't efficient

magic goes in cycles fast and slow we are currently going into a slow cycle and it will become apparent once lorwyn becomes illegal in type 2. for example i am currently playing a naya deck that is the king of all comback kings, it once came back from a match where i was down 38 to 4 and won.
the deck is a third and fourth turn drop deck.

so yes somtimes what you said is true but other times it is not.

Well im basiclly running a Dragon, Zombie deck its slow but if i can get 6 turns in i can run the field. So you can run a slow deck but you have to have stuff that will devert him from using the dd on you.
