Ultra budget counter sliver

Since returning from my magic hiatus(isn't it funny how we always come back?), I've been creating what I would call a budget counter sliver deck. I thought I would share and reap the benefits of your collective experience. Slivers are my favorite creatures( not the new ones-- I think they are broken, in the sense they don't feel like real slivers, that is not to say i don't use them...lol).
