Deck Challenge: Rare

Build me a deck that useses nothing but rares, this includes lands and what have you. The card must be a rare in it's most recent printing (I don't know if any cards were made more or less common).

I can honestly say I have no idea if this will actually be a challenge but I figured I would join in with the challenge setting and see who thinks what.

yeah I think special cards and mythic rares don't count. that's the rule I went with on mine (see above)

Sorry, I should have clarified that the only rarity symbols I want to see will be gold, orange, purple, silver and black are all banned from this challenge. (Must be rare by the latest printing, so while jace was rare he is now mythic rare and as such not allowd, for example)

After waiting a while to see if anyone else would compete I have settled down to do some judging. While I do like allies I think the allies deck could have been done better using rare changelings and the like. The mill deck, other than its use of braid of fire, was consistant and because of this I declare Talkyn the winner.
