Deck Challenge: Nobody's Listening

Just remembered an interesting combo I thought of a while ago: Silence + Isochron Scepter.

The "challenge" is to make a deck that uses & abuses this combo.

Just a simple control deck. It's legal for T1.5, and can be legal for T1 if you swap the Fact or Fictions and Brainstorms for other draw cards.
